The Grandness of the hotel,stunning chandeliers,the lifts ,the overwhelming space decorated beautifully throughout,immaculately clean,the stunning reception,and the general layout of the entire hotel … fabulous spa, Amazing staff that bend over backwards to make your stay very special, from everybody at the reception, the dining hall(food outstanding)the wonderful bar staff,my amazing room cleaner Nazia,the animation team the pool guys really each and every person that is employed by the hotel are incredibly polite and welcoming .. I can’t wait to return in August

It’s a nice big property, lots of pools although the outside ones are not heated in winter so unfortunately didn’t get chance to use them, there is an indoor pool however which is heated and was a very good size. There is also a saltwater heated pool within the thalasso spa, which you have to pay extra for or is included if you have a treatment - I highly recommend going for a relaxing treatment. The hotel has a newly opened gym which is free to use although I didn’t. Hotel is on a beach front location with its own stretch of sand.

The staff is really friendly, everyone is helpful and welcoming and always chatted with us at every opportunity. You’ll find a small shop, a hair salon, outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a very nice, big and modern gym, a separate spa right next to the hotel and the beach right in front of the hotel. They have different restaurants and a show every night. We chose to pay for half board at the buffet, it was very inexpensive. The room was big, 2 bathrooms (1 toilet and shower room), very large bed and a nice big balcony!

Grain coffee included: in the bar, in the restaurant, in the room there was a coffee maker too (capsule). Better than other 5 starts in Tunis where you hardly can get a soluble nescafe for free (which is not at all a coffee). Spacious room. Nice pools. Super friendly staff. Decent food. All I really need was included unlike more other hotels were "all inclusive" basically means "take your money when you're off your room - and in your room too" - here you need just a keycard getting out ;)

Absolutely recommend if your travelling with little ones (we were travelling with our 2 kids both of which are under 4), plenty to do including entertainment for both adults and kids, food is good and being All inclusive meant the kids had ice cream for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
