During our recent stay at Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire staff, particularly Makram, Souhail, Rahma, Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their extensive team. Makram, the Assistant Manager, demonstrated outstanding dedication and professionalism. His efforts in helping us navigate logistical challenges were delivered with a reassuring smile and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Souhail, the Head of Reception, stood out for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach. His commitment to meeting all guest needs significantly elevated our overall experience, making us feel both valued and cared for. Rahma, the Public Relations representative, showed extraordinary support and kindness. Her prompt and efficient follow-ups on our requests further enhanced our satisfaction and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their team, including Bilal, Wafa, Eman, Donia, Hakim, Motasim, Qousai, Jalal, Chadi, and Ibrahim, delivered an extraordinary dining experience. The quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were exceptional, on par with a 7-star hotel standard. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellence made each meal a delightful highlight of our day. Special thanks to Chef Najeeb, who treated us like family and ensured all our dining requests were met with the utmost care. His personal attention and dedication made our meals not just delicious but also heartwarming. Additionally, the waiter Jalal deserves specific recognition for his friendly demeanor and sense of humor. His professionalism and efficient way of ensuring our table was always available made our dining experiences feel personal and very homely. The front office reception staff, Hadi and Hadeel, were exceptionally supportive, providing all necessary paperwork and assistance with meticulous follow-up.

The hotel was absolutely immaculate, with every area spotlessly clean, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional, with a special mention to Sohail, Heidi, Hatem, and Malek for going above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. The staff’s dedication and hard work truly made us feel valued throughout our stay. The live entertainment was a standout feature—by far the best we’ve experienced! A big shoutout to Rozy, Mira, Maya, Loulou, and Speedy, whose vibrant energy and incredible performances kept the evenings lively and exciting. Their enthusiasm and talent created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere that we couldn’t wait for each evening’s activities. The hotel also offered excellent facilities, delicious food, and a variety of activities for all ages, making it a fantastic choice for families, couples, or anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in providing top-notch hospitality. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

It was excellent from the moment we arrived to when we left. We had arranged airport to hotel transfer with the resort, which was good as our flight landed late at night. When we arrived at the hotel, check in was super smooth. Sadem at the reception handled our check-in while kindly directing us to have a late-night dinner. And our room was upgraded from garden view to sea view. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Special mention to Sadem and Mukkaram in reception, and fourth floor room service staff: Marwa and Radhia. Amazing staff. Cleanliness of the room and common areas of hotel both indoor and outdoor was brilliant. Food was varied and delicious. One night we had the Tunisian dinner a la carte which was lovely. Hotel location is also very convenient near port 5 minutes drive and Sousse Medina 20 minutes by taxi. Taxis are waiting outside of the hotel gate which is convenient if you like to go out. Hotel facilities are very nice and lobby is inviting and very good. Had a facial at the spa which was also good. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at the resort and will be definitely back there.

They always have a smile and are so attentive, engaging in conversation without being overbearing. The food is of exceptional quality and so much selection. There is never a problem finding a table and the food never runs out. Both the outdoor pools are cool which is a welcome relief from the heat - with the infinity sea pool being quieter. Special shout out to the waiters and cleaning staff who's level of service is amazing as they go above and beyond all the time. Its all the little touches - bringing a drink without you having to ask, fresh petals on your table and leaving a surprise each day in your room - that really make it a treat to stay here. I cant recommend a stay here enough - it is so relaxing and everything you expect from a 5 star hotel - we will be back for sure!!

The reception staff were exceptional, particularly Hédi, who went above and beyond by arranging an early check-in and a late checkout at no additional cost, thanks to availability. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The restaurant staff were also very courteous, with Jalil attending to our table and going the extra mile for both me and my friend, as well as for other guests. The animation team was fantastic, especially Speedy, who truly enhanced our experience and made our visit unforgettable.
